There are corroborated indications that Motorola is seriously working hard to release some new mobile device that will be powered by Google’s Android Operating System. One of the devices set for release is the Motorola Sholes Tablet and even though there have been several photos of the device captured earlier, there are now more glaring pictures available to users. However there are strong indications that the device will be released for to the Chinese market as ‘XT701’.
Pictures of the device were leaked on Androlin.net and were straight away followed by comprehensive details on the specifications of the mobile device. Such details include the fact that the device will boast of a 3.7 in touch screen display, It will also have sport FM radio and brandishes a 5 Mega Pixel photo snapper (this is in sharp contrast to the widely spread rumour which showcased the device with a 8 Mega Pixel camera). The device is also said to run under Google’s Android 2.1 Operating System.
There are however no justifications for the rumour that the device will possess a HDM1 port but the fact that the device will be released to the Chinese market is nonetheless accurate. Motorola Sholes Tablet as widely called will be named XT701 in the Chinese market which hitherto reminds one of China Mobile’s Motorola Android device.
In a related development, it was observed that an unnamed Motorola device has been leaked and its pictures have been spotted. There is a great likelihood that Motorola Milestone would be released in the UK before the end of the year but would be released in a Sim-Free Version based on the reports gathered from a group of online retailers.
Expansys, usually the first point of call for mobile phone lovers, has already confirmed that the Android 2.0 fully equipped mobile device will be launched on the 7th of December, this year. It was also confirmed that the retailer price for the device will be £449.99 although Sim-free.
